With a 24-hour turnaround after landing back in Brussels, Christopher, David & Josiah along with their exhausted but forget-about-jet-lag parents hopped a flight to Croatia for a triennial Europe-wide missionary retreat where refreshing, reconnection and recalibration are part of the line up. This event is a highlight for our family. The kids have their own program with friends from across Europe and the adults enjoy times of worship (in English!), prayer and fellowship.
Our travels brought us to Plitivice Lakes National Park, a resort in Sibenik for the retreat, and then 2 nights in the city of Split where we explored Diocletian’s palace that dates back to 300 A.D. (That’s really old!)
